Everything you need to know about FastTrack airport services — security, immigration, lounges & meet & greet
FastTrack is a premium service available at select airports that gives you access to a dedicated security lane, allowing you to bypass the standard queues. It's designed to save you time and reduce the stress of going through airport security.
Fasttrack.flights operates independently and is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of any airport or airline. Fasttrack.flights delivers and distributes airport and airline FastTrack passes as a service, for a handling and service fee. FastTrack is operated by Advanced Travel Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales 9555646.
No. fasttrack.flights is an independent comparison and booking platform, not operated by or affiliated with any airport or airline. Airport FastTrack lanes are operated by the airports themselves — we provide a convenient way to search, compare, and book access passes through our platform and partner network.
The price shown on our site is the final price you pay — there are no hidden charges added at checkout. Our prices include a service and handling fee that covers our booking platform, customer support, digital pass delivery, and price management. This fee also helps us maintain stable, predictable pricing for you by absorbing seasonal fluctuations and promotional variations that airports may apply to their base rates. When comparing prices across providers on our buy page, each provider sets their own pricing independently.
For airports where multiple booking providers are available, our buy page shows all options side by side with transparent pricing so you can choose the best deal. We list our own direct booking option alongside third-party partner providers. Each provider sets their own price, service tier, and terms independently. We may earn a commission when you book through one of our partners.
Booking is simple and takes under 60 seconds:
1. Search for your airport on our website or app.
2. Select your travel date and number of passengers.
3. Choose your service — security fast track, immigration fast track, lounge access, or meet & greet.
4. Complete your purchase — your digital pass will be delivered instantly to your email.
5. Add it to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access at the airport.
Standard FastTrack passes cover the security screening process. However, at select airports, immigration fast track services are available through our partner providers — these help you skip the queue at passport control and border checks. Immigration fast track is particularly popular at busy international hubs in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Check your airport page for available services.
Prices vary by airport, service type, and provider. Here's a general guide:
- Security fast track: from £5 per person at UK airports
- Immigration fast track: from ~£20–~£39 per person at most airports
- Meet & greet: from ~£39–~£157+ per person depending on the airport and service level
- Lounge access: from ~£20–~£28 per visit
Visit your specific airport page to see current pricing and compare options from multiple providers.
For most travellers, yes — especially during peak travel periods such as school holidays, bank holidays, and summer. Standard security queues can take 15–45 minutes or more at busy airports, while FastTrack typically takes under 5 minutes. Consider that:
- A family of four could save over an hour of queuing
- Business travellers can use the time more productively
- Parents with young children avoid stressful waits
- Nervous flyers reduce pre-flight anxiety
At prices starting from £5, the cost is modest relative to the time and stress you save. Many frequent travellers consider it essential.
TSA PreCheck is a US government programme for pre-approved travellers departing from US airports. It requires a background check, in-person enrolment, and a fee of ~£61 for 5 years. PreCheck members can keep shoes, belts, and light jackets on and leave laptops in bags.
FastTrack is available at airports worldwide with no pre-approval, background check, or enrolment needed — you simply buy a pass for your travel date. Both give you access to a priority security lane, but FastTrack is available on a per-trip basis at hundreds of airports globally. You still go through the standard screening process (removing liquids, laptops, etc.) but with far shorter wait times.
Standard FastTrack security passes do not include lounge access — they cover the priority security lane only. However, through our partner providers, you can book:
- Lounge access as a standalone service (from around ~£20–~£28 per visit)
- Meet & greet packages that bundle fast track, lounge access, and personal assistance
Check the available products on your airport page to see what's offered at your departure airport.
FastTrack is primarily designed for departing passengers. For connecting flights, you would need FastTrack at the airport where you're making your connection. Some airports offer transfer fast track specifically for transit passengers — this is particularly useful at busy hub airports where connection times are tight. Check your connection airport's page for availability and pricing.
FastTrack gives you access to a dedicated priority security lane — you walk through on your own, saving time in the queue. It's simple, affordable, and perfect for experienced travellers.
Meet & greet is a full-service experience where a personal assistant meets you at the airport (often at the terminal entrance or gate), escorts you through check-in, security, and immigration, assists with luggage, and guides you to your gate, lounge, or transport. Meet & greet is ideal for first-time travellers, families, elderly passengers, or anyone wanting a VIP experience.
Meet & greet services are available through our partner providers at select airports worldwide.
You will need your FastTrack pass (digital or printed) and a valid boarding pass for a departing flight from the airport on the date of travel. Some airports may also require photo ID. For meet & greet and immigration fast track services, your provider will confirm specific document requirements at the time of booking.
The FastTrack lane is located at the security checkpoint in the departures area. It is usually clearly signposted. Look for signs marked "Fast Track" or "Priority Lane" near the standard security queues. Your confirmation email will include specific instructions for your airport.
FastTrack is separate from airline check-in. You must complete your airline check-in and have a valid boarding pass before you can use the FastTrack lane for security screening. For partner services such as immigration fast track or meet & greet, your provider will advise on specific requirements — some meet & greet packages include check-in assistance.
FastTrack passes are non-transferable once activated. Each pass is issued for a specific traveller and date. If you need to make changes, please contact us via our support portal or at contact@fasttrack.flights before your travel date.
After purchase, your FastTrack pass remains valid for up to 1 year. You can activate it at any time before your travel date. Once activated for a specific date and airport, it is valid only for that day.
Yes, if your pass has not yet been used, you can reschedule it for a different date. Simply access your pass via the FastTrack app, use our support portal, or email us at contact@fasttrack.flights to arrange a new date.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on unused passes. If you no longer need your FastTrack pass and it has not been activated or used, you can request a full refund. Refund requests can be made through the FastTrack app or by emailing refunds@fasttrack.flights. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Yes. Infants under 2 years old who do not require their own seat on the flight generally do not need a separate FastTrack pass — they can accompany the adult pass holder through the FastTrack lane. Children aged 2 and over will need their own pass.
For meet & greet services, most providers offer family-friendly packages. Some providers (such as Marhaba) offer free service for infants 0–2 and reduced rates for children aged 2–12. Unaccompanied minor escort services are also available at many airports.
If your flight is delayed, your FastTrack pass remains valid for the date it was booked for. If you need to reschedule to a different date, contact us via our support portal or at contact@fasttrack.flights before your original travel date. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on unused passes, so if your plans change entirely you can request a full refund.
For meet & greet services booked through our partners, most providers offer flight monitoring and will adjust your service timing automatically if your flight is delayed.
FastTrack skips the queue only — you still go through the full security screening process (bag X-ray, body scanner or metal detector, liquid checks). The difference is you use a dedicated priority lane with far fewer people, so the wait is typically under 5 minutes instead of 15–45 minutes. You must still follow all standard security rules (100ml liquid limit, removing laptops from bags, etc.).
Booking windows vary by service type:
- Security lane passes: You can usually book up to the day of travel, but we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to help ensure availability — popular airports can sell out during peak periods (school holidays, bank holidays, weekends).
- Meet & greet services: Most providers require 48–72 hours' advance booking. Some charge a late booking surcharge (+50%) for bookings made less than 24 hours before departure.
- Lounge access: Can often be booked on the same day, but pre-booking helps ensure availability.
Pets are subject to each airport's own policies regarding animals in the terminal. FastTrack covers the security screening queue — you still go through the standard screening process. Please check with your specific airport regarding their pet policies in departures areas.
Prices on our site are automatically displayed in your local currency based on your browser settings and location. We use live exchange rates to convert from the base price. You can also change your preferred currency using the currency selector in the website footer. Please note that actual charges are processed in the airport's native currency by the booking provider — your bank or card issuer may apply their own exchange rate at the time of payment.
When you click to book FastTrack at an airport, you'll be taken to our comparison page where we list all available providers for that airport side by side. You can compare prices, service types (security fast track, immigration, meet & greet, lounge access), and provider details. We are a meta-search comparison service — we help you find the best deal by aggregating options from multiple providers in one place. Simply choose the provider that best fits your needs and budget.
Yes. At airports with multiple terminals, our system supports terminal-specific bookings. When you select an airport, the correct terminal is automatically identified based on your airline. This ensures your FastTrack pass is valid for the right security checkpoint. You can also manually select a terminal on the airport page if you know which one you need.
You can reach us through our support portal, accessible from the website footer and mobile menu. You can also email us directly at contact@fasttrack.flights for general enquiries, or refunds@fasttrack.flights for refund requests. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours.
Yes — immigration fast track is an arrival-side service available at select airports worldwide. Unlike security fast track (which is for departing passengers), immigration fast track helps you skip the queue at passport control and border checks when you land. It is particularly popular at busy international hubs in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Immigration fast track is available through our partner providers — check your airport page to see if it's offered at your destination.
FastTrack coverage varies by airport — not all airports offer a dedicated fast track lane. If your airport isn't listed on our site, it means we don't currently have a fast track provider for that location. Here's what you can do:
- Check your airport page on our site — we're continually adding new airports and providers
- Some airports offer their own priority lanes that you can book directly through the airport website
- Our partner providers may offer meet & greet services at airports where standard fast track isn't available — these include personal escort through security and immigration
We're always expanding our coverage, so check back regularly or contact us to request a specific airport.
fasttrack.flights is a meta-search comparison service. This means we aggregate FastTrack options from multiple providers and display them side by side so you can compare prices, service types, and availability in one place. When you choose a provider, you are redirected to that provider's website to complete your booking directly with them.
We do not sell passes ourselves — we help you find the best deal by comparing options across providers. This is similar to how flight comparison sites work: we search, you compare, and you book directly with the provider. All pricing, availability, and booking terms are set by the individual provider.
Yes. Every airport page on our site can be accessed using its 3-letter IATA code directly in the URL. For example, visiting /airports/lhr will automatically redirect you to the London Heathrow page. IATA codes are case-insensitive, so /airports/LHR, /airports/lhr, and /airports/Lhr all work. Sub-pages are preserved too — /airports/lhr/airlines redirects to the airline terminal finder for Heathrow. This makes it easy to share or bookmark airport pages using the short code you already know from your boarding pass.
Our airline terminal finder helps you identify which terminal your airline operates from at any airport. Visit any airport page and click the Airlines tab to search by airline name or IATA code. Results are drawn from our curated database of over 1,750 airline-terminal assignments covering 167+ airports. If your airline isn't in our database yet, you can use the "Search with AI" option for an on-demand lookup. The system validates results against known airport terminals to ensure accuracy. Terminal information is regularly verified and updated to reflect airline moves and seasonal schedule changes.
Most airport lounge visits purchased through our platform allow a stay of up to 3 hours. Some lounges offer extended stays for an additional fee. The time limit is set by the lounge operator, not by FastTrack. Your booking confirmation will specify the exact duration for your selected lounge. Complimentary food, drinks (including alcoholic beverages at most lounges), Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating are typically included in the standard visit.
Airport lounges typically include:
- Food & drink — hot and cold buffet, snacks, soft drinks, tea/coffee, and alcoholic beverages (at most lounges)
- Wi-Fi — free high-speed internet access
- Comfortable seating — armchairs, work desks, and quiet zones
- Power outlets — charging stations for devices
- Showers — available at select premium lounges
- Newspapers & magazines — print and digital editions
Amenities vary by lounge. Check the specific lounge details on the airport page before booking.
Most airport lounges do not have a formal dress code, but smart casual attire is generally expected. Some premium and first-class lounges may refuse entry to guests wearing beachwear, swimwear, or excessively casual clothing. If you're using a lounge after a long-haul flight, comfortable travel attire is perfectly acceptable. When in doubt, check the lounge's specific policies on their page.
Guest policies vary by lounge. Most lounges offer the option to purchase additional guest passes at the time of booking. Children under a certain age (typically 2–4 years old) are often admitted free of charge. Some premium lounges limit the number of guests per primary cardholder. Check the guest policy on the specific lounge listing when booking.
The meeting point depends on the type of service booked:
- Departure meet & greet — the assistant typically meets you at the terminal entrance or check-in hall, then escorts you through check-in, security, and immigration to your gate or lounge
- Arrival meet & greet — the assistant meets you at the aircraft door or jet bridge (VIP services) or at the immigration hall entrance, then escorts you through passport control and baggage claim
- Transit/transfer — the assistant meets you at your arrival gate and guides you through the connection process
Your confirmation email from the provider will include exact meeting point details, a contact number, and the assistant's name (where possible).
Most meet & greet packages include luggage assistance as standard — your assistant will help with trolley management and guide you through baggage claim. However, the level of assistance varies by service tier:
- Basic meet & greet — the assistant guides you but you handle your own bags through screening
- Premium/VIP — full porterage service with luggage handled for you from kerb to gate (or gate to transport on arrival)
Heavy, oversized, or excessive luggage may incur additional charges with some providers. Check your booking details for specifics.
Most meet & greet providers include flight monitoring as part of the service. If your flight is delayed, the provider will automatically adjust your service timing — the assistant will be ready when you actually arrive. For significant delays (typically 3+ hours), the provider may contact you to confirm the revised schedule. There is usually no extra charge for delays, though policies vary by provider. If your flight is cancelled entirely, most providers offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
In the vast majority of cases, a digital pass on your phone is sufficient — most airports and providers accept mobile QR codes or passes from Apple/Google Wallet. However, a small number of airports (particularly in regions with older scanning infrastructure) may still require a printed copy. Your confirmation email will clearly state if printing is required. As a precaution, we recommend having a screenshot of your pass available offline in case of Wi-Fi issues at the airport.
Airport services vary significantly by region:
- UK airports — Fast track security is widely available and affordable (from £5). Most UK airports have well-established dedicated lanes.
- US airports — TSA PreCheck is the primary fast lane program (requires pre-enrolment). Per-trip fast track passes are less common but available at select airports through our partners.
- European airports — Fast track security is available at major hubs. Some EU airports bundle security fast track with lounge access. Schengen vs non-Schengen routing can affect which services are relevant.
- Middle East & Asia — Meet & greet and immigration fast track are the most popular services, particularly at hub airports like Dubai, Singapore, and Bangkok where immigration queues can be very long.
Yes. For groups of 10 or more, we recommend contacting us directly at contact@fasttrack.flights to arrange group pricing and coordinated bookings. For corporate travel programmes, we can set up dedicated booking arrangements with preferred airports and providers. Individual bookings can also be made on our site for smaller groups — simply purchase the required number of passes for your travel date.
