These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the fasttrack.flights website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Advanced Travel Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 9555646), with its registered office at 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE, United Kingdom.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Our Service
fasttrack.flights operates as a marketplace and intermediary that connects travellers with airport Fast Track security lane passes. We facilitate the purchase and delivery of these passes on behalf of airports and their authorised partners. We are not an airport operator, airline, or aviation authority.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital FastTrack pass.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details (airport, date, number of passengers) are correct at the time of purchase.
3. FastTrack Passes
- Each FastTrack pass is valid for the airport and date specified at the time of activation.
- Unactivated passes remain valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Passes are non-transferable once activated.
- You must present a valid FastTrack pass and boarding pass at the security checkpoint to access the Fast Track lane.
- FastTrack passes cover the security screening process only. They do not include access to airline lounges, priority boarding, or passport control.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel and request a full refund for any unused and unactivated FastTrack pass.
- Refund requests must be submitted before the travel date.
- Refunds can be requested via the FastTrack app or by emailing refunds@fasttrack.flights.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Passes that have been activated, scanned, or used are not eligible for a refund.

5. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our platform.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.
- You must comply with all airport security regulations and instructions from airport staff when using the Fast Track lane.
- You must not resell, copy, or distribute FastTrack passes.
6. Our Responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and accuracy of information on our platform.
- We will deliver your FastTrack pass digitally following successful payment.
- We will provide customer support to assist with booking enquiries, refunds, and general questions.
As an intermediary, we are not responsible for the operation of airport security lanes, including but not limited to lane closures, staffing issues, or changes to airport security procedures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific FastTrack pass giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airports, airlines, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the fasttrack.flights website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Advanced Travel Technologies Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
