Cancellation & Refund Policy

Book with confidence — our 3-tier refund model protects you at every stage of your FastTrack purchase.

At fasttrack.flights, we believe you should book with confidence. As an intermediary between you and the airport, we use a delayed issuance model — your pass is not issued to the airport immediately, giving you maximum flexibility to cancel if your plans change. Our 3-tier refund model ensures you are protected at every stage.

Tier 1 — Cancel Before Pass Issuance (100% Refund)

When you purchase a FastTrack pass through fasttrack.flights, we use delayed issuance — your pass is not issued to the airport immediately. This means you can cancel at any time before issuance and receive a 100% refund, regardless of the airport's own refund policy.

This is the core advantage of booking through fasttrack.flights: even at airports with non-refundable passes, you are protected during the delayed issuance window.

Tier 2 — Airport Cancellation Window

After your pass has been issued to the airport, your refund eligibility depends on the airport's own cancellation policy. Many airports offer a cancellation window — for example, cancellation up to 24 hours before your departure, or up to 20:00 the day before travel.

If you cancel within the airport's cancellation window, the airport refunds fasttrack.flights, and we pass the full refund on to you. You can check the specific cancellation policy for your airport on our Airport Cancellation Policies page.

Tier 3 — Issue Reporting Compensation

If you experience a genuine problem at the airport — such as the FastTrack lane being closed, an unreasonably long wait despite having a pass, or any service failure — you can report the issue and receive a 100% refund as goodwill compensation.

We verify all reported issues and use your feedback to improve the service for future travellers. This tier reflects our commitment to ensuring you get the experience you paid for.

Purchases via Partner Providers

If you purchased your FastTrack pass through one of our affiliate or partner providers (indicated on the booking page), the refund terms are governed by that partner's own policies. fasttrack.flights is not the merchant for partner purchases and cannot process refunds on their behalf.

Please contact the partner provider directly for refund enquiries related to their bookings.

Processing Timeframes

  • Tier 1 (pre-issuance cancellation): Refund initiated immediately, returned to your payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 (airport cancellation window): Refund processed once confirmed by the airport, typically 5–10 business days.
  • Tier 3 (issue compensation): Reviewed within 1–3 business days; refund processed within 7–14 business days once approved.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

You can request a cancellation or refund in two ways:

  1. Via the FastTrack App — Open your pass in the app, tap the menu, and select "Request Refund."
  2. Via Email — Send your request to refunds@fasttrack.flights. Include your booking reference number and the email address used at purchase.

Your Rights Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of the contract being entered into. As fasttrack.flights is a UK-registered company, these regulations apply to all purchases made through our platform.

If your pass has not yet been used or activated, you are entitled to a full refund within this statutory cooling-off period, in addition to our standard refund tiers above.
